That depends on the condition of your vehicle. If it's drivable, we recommend the assessment at one of our partner locations for optimal lighting and inspection conditions. For non-drivable vehicles, our partners of course offer a mobile on-site service.

The on-site assessment usually takes only 30-45 minutes. You will receive the completed expert report within 2-3 business days digitally by email or by mail if requested.

Yes, absolutely. Our partners are certified experts. The reports created are legally sound and are recognized by all German insurance companies as well as courts.

For the first contact, the location of the vehicle and your contact details are sufficient. For the appointment, you should have the vehicle registration document and (if available) police accident reports ready.
